Coin Supply Guarantee

We guarantee customer satisfaction 100%. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price (excluding coin bezels and money clips, see below). Shipping fees are excluded and are nonrefundable. See our instructions below for information about requesting a return authorization number.

Coin Bezel and Money Clip Limited Exchange Policy

All sales of coin bezels and money clips are final. Coin bezels and money clips are only guaranteed to fit the coin specified in the item description and to be free of any manufacturer's defect. These items may not be returned for any other reason and may only be exchanged for the exact same size and type. Coin bezels and money clips must be returned in new and resalable condition. Any coin bezel or money clip that has been modified, bent, damaged, cleaned, or otherwise altered in any way by the consumer, or purchased for a coin other than for which the item is intended to fit is nonreturnable. No refunds on coin bezels or money clips.

Special Order Items

Special order items may only be returned for an exchange of the same item and may not be returned for a refund.


Terms of Sale

  • All orders are accepted online only.
  • Kansas residents must add sales tax to all orders.
  • Payment accepted by Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
  • Orders are shipped only within the U.S.
  • A return authorization number is required for returns or exchanges.
  • Items must be returned to us before any refund, credit or exchange can be issued.
  • Please allow at least fourteen days for delivery of your order in case of back ordered items. Customers must allow at least thirty days for delivery before requesting a refund.
  • All shipping and handling fees and return postage fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers must furnish us with their correct billing and shipping information when submitting an order. We are not responsible for delayed delivery or misdirected mail caused by misspelled names or incorrect delivery addresses.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to your address.
  • All customers are responsible for reviewing the contents of their shopping cart, shipping options and shipping costs, and customer information before finally submitting an order.

Quantity Discount Prices

To receive the discount price you will need to order multiples of the same size and style item. We do not mix and match items.

Items returned for a refund will be adjusted to the appropriate price level. In other words you may not purchase one dozen items at the discount price and return eleven for a refund -- you would in this case be charged the single item price.


Returns

If your purchase is damaged when you receive it then please notify us by email within three days of receipt.

If you need to return an item, you must contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain an RA number (return authorization number). Please also let us know if you would prefer an exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees and return postage fees are non-refundable. See our guarantee above for more information and limitations.

The RA number must be clearly printed on the outside of your package. Returned items will no longer be accepted without an RA number.

Returns received without an RA# will be returned at the sender's expense.

Refunds

Credit card orders are processed through the PayPal merchant gateway. Refunds are also issued through PayPal. Only one refund per order may be requested. The amount refunded will be sent to your PayPal account or from PayPal back through your credit card company.


Back Ordered Items

Back ordered items will be shipped within 30 days or less. If we can not ship back ordered items within that time, we will notify you of the delay. If the items cannot be shipped within thirty days then you may then elect to wait for the items to arrive or you may cancel your order.


Privacy Statement

Our customer's privacy is important to us and our policy regarding this matter is simple. We sell hobby supplies -- not names and addresses.

We will always keep your sensitive information private and will never sell, rent nor knowingly give any of our customer's personal information to any other person or business except when needed to comply or cooperate with identified federal, state and/or local law officials or when needed to provide to our carrier for delivery.

All credit card transactions are submitted through the PayPal secure web server. This does not allow us to have direct access to your credit card information. Only your transaction receipt number is provided to us and it will be printed on the sales receipt included with your order.

The shopping cart requires your web browser to have cookies enabled so that items may be added to your cart. After you submit an order a Customer Web ID will be created and your name and address is stored in a database. This allows you to speed up the check out process the next time you shop our web site. Simply enter the Customer Web ID from a previous invoice to automatically fill in the billing and shipping information. This stored information is not used for any other purpose.

Email Privacy

We do not send unwanted emails to our customers. Your email address is requested when you submit an order so that we may send you confirmation of your order and your UPS package tracking number when your order is shipped. This information is also helpful in case we have a question about your order. Your email address will be kept confidential and will never be sold to any other business or person for the purpose of advertising.
