Our Guarantee
We guarantee customer satisfaction 100%. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price (excluding coin bezels and money clips, see below). Shipping fees are excluded and are non-refundable. See our instructions below for information about requesting a return authorization number.
Limited return policy on coin bezels and money clips. Coin bezels and money clips are only guaranteed to fit the coin specified in the item description and to be free of any manufacturer's defect. These items may not be returned for any other reason and may only be exchanged for the exact same size and type. Coin bezels and money clips must be returned in new and resalable condition. Any coin bezel or money clip that has been modified, bent, damaged, cleaned, or otherwise altered in any way by the consumer, or purchased for a coin other than for which the item is intended to fit is nonreturnable. No refunds on coin bezels or money clips. All sales of coin bezels and money clips are final.
Special order items may only be returned for an exchange of the same item and may not be returned for a refund.
Terms of Sale
- All orders are accepted online only.
- Kansas residents must add sales tax to all orders.
- Payment accepted by Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
- Orders are shipped only within the U.S.
- A return authorization number is required for returns or exchanges.
- Items must be returned to us before any refund, credit or exchange can be issued.
- Please allow at least fourteen days for delivery of your order in case of back ordered items. Customers must allow at least thirty days for delivery before requesting a refund.
- All shipping and handling fees and return postage fees are non-refundable.
- Customers must furnish us with their correct billing and shipping information when submitting an order. We are not responsible for delayed delivery or misdirected mail caused by misspelled names or incorrect delivery addresses.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to your address.
- All customers are responsible for reviewing the contents of their shopping cart, shipping options and shipping costs, and customer information before finally submitting an order.

Credit Card Charges, Voids and Credits
If you place an order through our web site and your order is voided due to your address not matching the AVS then a void is immediately and automatically issued to your credit or debit card. Voided orders should not appear on your credit card statement unless there is a problem with our system and in this case a credit will be issued instead of a voided transaction. If you used a bank debit card and a void was issued then please check with your bank for their policy in handling voided transactions.
Credits for returned items or other credits may take a few days to show up on your statement however your bank will immediately have this information available to you in case you need to contact them by telephone. Consult your bank or credit card company's policy to find out when funds are available.
Quantity Discount Prices
To receive the discount price, you will need to order multiples of the same size and style item.
Items returned for a refund will be adjusted to the appropriate price level. In other words, you may not purchase one dozen items at the discount price and return eleven of them for a refund -- You would in this case be billed for the single item price.
In order to receive quantity discount prices you must read and follow instructions. To increase the quantity of the items ordered, please use the "Edit Quantity" button when viewing your shopping cart to receive the quantity discount price. Simply adding items one at a time will not result in a discount.
Returns
If you need to return an item, you must contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain an RA number (return authorization number). Please also let us know if you would prefer an exchange, credit or refund. Shipping and handling fees and return postage fees are non-refundable. See our guarantee above for more information and limitations.
The RA number must be clearly printed on the outside of your package. Returned items will no longer be accepted without an RA number.
Returns received without an RA# will be returned at the sender's expense.

Back Ordered Items
Back ordered items will be shipped within 30 days. If we can not ship back ordered items within that time, we will notify you of the delay. If the items cannot be shipped within thirty days then you may then elect to wait for the items to arrive or may cancel your order.
