Privacy Policy

Our customer's privacy is important to us and our policy regarding this matter is simple.
We sell coin and hobby supplies -- not names and addresses.

We will always keep your sensitive information private and will never sell, rent nor knowingly give any of our customer's personal information to any other person or business except when needed to comply or cooperate with identified federal, state and/or local law officials or when needed to provide to our carrier for delivery.

Email Privacy

We do not send unwanted emails to our customers. Your email address is requested when you submit an order so that we may send you confirmation of your order and your UPS package tracking number when your order is shipped. This information is also helpful in case we have a question about your order. Your email address will be kept confidential and will never be sold to any other business or person for the purpose of advertising.

Web Privacy

Our web site employs the use of a shopping cart script and all on-line credit card transactions are processed through a secure web server. The shopping cart script keeps track of the items that you place in your shopping cart and remembers them when it's time to check out. Our script does not collect nor gather any user information or customer preferences for any other use.

Secure Transactions

Orders are submitted through a secure gateway using the latest in encrypted secure server technology. To protect all of your valuable information we use the iTransact Secure Gateway using Verisign's secure network to process orders and to verify billing addresses. For security a customer's billing address must match the address shown on their credit card billing statement.

As an additional security measure, all user IP addresses are logged by the credit card processing gateway and may be used to track persons that may try to pass fraudulent credit card transactions or any other attempts to hack the gateway.

We do not directly keep a record of your credit card number on our computer. Our shopping cart system is limited to voiding or crediting only an original order and you cannot be bill for any additional amount.
