The shopping cart will not keep track of my items. What should I do?
Our shopping cart uses cookies to keep track of the items that you place in your shopping cart. You must have cookies enabled in your web browser. You may also need to configue any anti-spyware software or your firewall to allow cookies. How do you ship orders, Postal Service or UPS?
Customers may choose their preferred shipping method. We ship packages within the U.S. by United Parcel Service and by the U.S. Postal Service. Sorry, no APO/FPO addresses please. Some of our products cannot be shipped outside of the U. S. and international orders are not accepted. Click here for more shipping information.
How do you process credit card orders?
We now use the PayPal merchant gateway. PayPal is the safest and most secure way to send money over the Internet. In using PayPal to accept online payments we will never have direct access to your credit card information. Click here for more information about PayPal.
Do you mail out a catalog?
In order to offer our customers greater discounts and quantity prices, we no longer mail out a price list. Our price list was discontinued in December, 1999. All of our products are now listed on our web site and are available only online.
Do you accept orders by phone or mail?

Will you give out my email address or other information?
We do not sell, rent nor lease our customers' information to third party companies. Your email address is provided to United Parcel Service and/or the U.S. Postal Service for delivery purposes only. Our customer's privacy is important to us and our policy regarding this matter is simple. We sell hobby supplies -- not names and addresses. See our Privacy Statement for details.
What should I do if I need to return an item?
You must email us within 14 days of receipt of your order and request a return authorization number. Customer returns received without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Please see our Terms of Sale for our guarantee, return policies and return instructions.
