How do you ship orders, Postal Service or UPS?

Customers may choose their preferred shipping method. We ship packages within the U.S. by United Parcel Service and by the U.S. Postal Service. International orders are normally sent by Global Parcel or Letter Post Air Mail. Click here for more shipping information.


Do you mail out a catalog?

In order to offer our customers greater discounts and quantity prices, we no longer mail out a price list. Our price list was discontinued in December, 1999. All of our products are now listed on our web site and are available only on-line.


May I send a check or money order by mail?

Payments are no longer accepted by mail. However, you may still place an order on-line and send an echeck through PayPal. Will you give out my email address or other information?

We do not sell, rent nor lease our customers' information to third party companies. Your email address is provided to United Parcel Service and/or the U.S. Postal Service for delivery purposes only. Our customer's privacy is important to us and our policy regarding this matter is simple. We sell coin and hobby supplies -- not names and addresses. See our Privacy Statement for details.


Why did I receive an error message that said that my address did not match?

Your billing address must match your address as shown on your credit card billing statement in order to pass the Address Verification System (AVS). Click here for AVS related questions.


Can I place an order by telephone?

We are currently not accepting orders by telephone. We do apologize for this inconvenience and hope to have this service implemented in the future. As for now, each order must be submitted via the Internet and pass the on-line Address Verification System. Customer orders are passed from our shopping cart to a secure payment gateway that uses the latest in secure server technology to ensure the safety and to protect sensitive credit card information.


What should I do if I need to return an item?

You must email us within 14 days of receipt of your order and request a return authorization number. Customer returns received without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Please see our Terms of Sale for our guarantee, return policies and return instructions.
