Dealer Registration for Private Pricing

Shawnee Coin Company now offers private discount prices to coin dealers, eBay auction resellers and to other vendors.

If you are registered within your state, province or country as a business and have met all local requirements necessary to conduct a lawful business in your area then you may qualify for our private discount pricing. Individuals that are not registered as a business do not qualify for private dealer pricing.

Dealers and resellers are required to complete the on-line application and furnish us with a copy of their state issued sales tax certificate.

All dealers must also complete either the Kansas Multi-Jurisdiction Exemption Certificate (for out of state non-Kansas dealers or for Kansas wholesalers) or the Kansas Resale Exemption Certificate (for Kansas retailers). Both of these forms are available for download directly from the Kansas Department of Revenue. A link is provided below for download of these forms.

The proper Kansas tax exempt form must be completed, signed and mailed to us along with a copy of your sales tax certificate before we can issue a user I.D. and password for access to on-line private dealer pricing.

We will review your on-line application, and after receiving the required forms, then determine if you are eligible for private pricing. If accepted, we will send your user I.D. and password to you by email.

Dealers registered with us must order on-line to receive the discounted private prices. Discount pricing is not available by telephone.

Payment is accepted by credit card or by PayPal at the time the order is placed. If you prefer to write a company check for your purchase then you must use PayPal to send us an eCheck. Sorry, no open accounts.

Instructions

Step 1:
You must read and agree to the Terms of Sale below.

Step 2:
Download the Kansas Exemption Certificates (Publication KS-1520, rev. 3/03) from the Kansas Department of Revenue. This publication is in an Adobe Acrobat .PDF file format and may be viewed with your web browser.

Dealers located outside of Kansas, or Kansas Wholsalers:
   Print and complete the Multi-Jurisdiction Exemption Certificate on pages 28 and 29 (Form ST-28M).

Kansas Retailers:
   Print and complete the Resale Exemption Certificate on page 49 (Form ST-28A).

Step 3:
Fill out the on-line application. You may click the submit button to send this form to us by email or you may complete and print the application then mail it to us along with the other required forms.

Step 4:
After submitting the on-line form, mail a copy of your sales tax certificate and the proper sales tax exemption form. The tax exemption form must be signed and completed in its entirety. If you have questions about filling out the form then please contact us for help.

All Resellers Agree to the Following Terms:

In order to obtain private dealer pricing, all dealers and resellers must read and agree to our terms of sale as stated on this web page.

1. All dealers and resellers agree to make their purchases on-line through our web site. Telephone orders for discounted or private dealer pricing will not be accepted.
    
2. Dealer/reseller must be lawfully registered as a business in the state or province in which their business resides.
    
3. Dealer/reseller must furnish us with a copy of their sales tax certificate and a completed Kansas sales tax exemption form. This certificate must be on file with us before we can issue a dealer password and user I.D.
    
4. Only on-line payments are accepted. Payment must be made at the time the order is placed. Company checks are only accepted through PayPal and payment must clear before items are shipped (usually about four days). No open accounts.
    
5. International payments are currently only accepted through PayPal.
    
6. Reseller must keep all contact information current, i.e. shipping and billing addresses, telephone number, email address, etc.
    
7. Shawnee Coin Company will keep the customer's contact information confidential. This means that we will not sell or lease your name, address, telephone number nor email address to any other company for the purpose of solicitation.
    
8. Reseller understands that Shawnee Coin Company is considered a retailer by the state of Kansas.
    
9. All terms and policies are subject to change without notice and it is the responsibility of the reseller to periodically review this information.
    

Terms Regarding Purchases

1. No minimum order. However, please keep in mind that purchases for greater quantities of an item receive a larger discount.
    
2. Clearance items may not be available for additional discount pricing. These items are usually reduced to the lowest price possible.
    
3. If you need to return an item, you must request a return authorization number within 14 days of receipt of purchase. This number must be clearly printed on the outside of return packages. Returns should be sent in a box and not in padded mailers.
    
4. Items damaged in shipping should be reported to us within three days of receipt.
    
5. Items must be returned to us before any refund, credit or exchange can be issued.
    
6. Coin bezels and money clips are only guaranteed to fit the coin indicated in the item description and may not be returned for any other reason. These items may only be exchanged for the exact same size and type and must be returned in new condition. No refunds.
    
7. Orders may be held until back ordered items are in stock and order can be sent in its entirety. If back ordered items can not be stocked within two weeks then a partial order may be shipped.
    
8. Returned items will be refunded at the appropriate price level. In other words, you may not purchase one dozen items at the discount price and return eleven of them for a refund -- You would in this case be billed for the single item price.
    
9. Shipping and handling is added to all orders.
    
10. Shawnee Coin Company is not responsible for lost or missing packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
